Numbers lost to six months of drift, in the Sustain round
Same player, the same 30 seconds on every round, the same fifty numbers. The only thing that changed was the platform underneath. Nothing you saw in the first round was a skill problem, and nothing in the fifth round was a clever trick — it was Discover, Connect, Clean and Govern, in that order.
Reporting and AI sit on top of round five. Most disappointing AI pilots are a round-seven answer to a round-one board. And the drop in round six is exactly why we don't hand a platform over and walk away: governance is a discipline, not a project.
